Building long-term partnerships for shared growth

The headquarters of ECONTEC MSR GmbH, a key player in the "Alois Müller Group," is situated in the Allgäu region, west of Munich, Germany. The service portfolio of this long-standing DEOS system integrator ranges from project planning to the programming of energy optimization solutions for non-residential buildings. This offer is rounded off by the service and maintenance of technical systems.

Founded in 2000, ECONTECH has been relying on DEOS building automation solutions for over 14 years as an enthusiastic DEOS system partner. For this reason, the company utilizes solutions from Rheine for well-known end customers such as Ehrmann Yoghurt, Dachser Logistics, and the DPD parcel service. A broad spectrum of DEOS solutions is used, ranging from classic building automation to IT-secure cloud/IoT solutions – all developed and produced in Germany. See more references here.

When asked what the DEOS enthusiasm grew from, Mr. Kächele, Managing Director at ECONTEC answered.

“As a DEOS partner, I very much appreciate the direct and personal contact with the manufacturer via the DEOS expert in my region. For me, this support as well as the lived partnership is the biggest DEOS difference", says Mr. Kächele, ECONTEC Managing Director.

The company's desire for "one face to the customer", the regional proximity, and thus fast on-site support in the projects also aligns with the DEOS positioning. In the sales area, with a focus on DACH, DEOS relies on long-standing experts who are based in the region and are in direct contact with development and support at headquarters.

This partnership-based cooperation creates a trusting, not just technical exchange. In this way, special project inquiries from the field of building automation quickly turn into ideas for new DEOS products.

"As customers, we are perceived by DEOS, with our special way of working and wishes. This motivates me again and again to solve the projects related to building automation with DEOS. Incorporating our ideas into DEOS product development at an early stage and then recognizing them in the product always inspires me", says Kächele.

The Alois Müller Group is a well-known medium-sized company in southern Germany, is 100% family-owned, and has been an expert in the field of energy and building technology as well as plant engineering for over 50 years. Founded in 1973, the group now has over 900 employees spread over 14 branches.
